You have 14 days from receiving your order in which to return an item. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it with the original and undamaged packaging. Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice.
Once we have received your item we will notify you that it has arrived back at our warehouse. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If a product becomes faulty within 30 days of the date of delivery you may return it for an exchange or refund. You can return it to our store or contact us by phone or e-mail to arrange a return via post. Any returned goods must be properly packaged and suitable for transportation.
Outside of 30 days from the date of delivery to a maximum of 12 months, we will arrange for the return of faulty goods from us to the manufacturers for repair, under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Some items will only be eligible under the standard returns policy if they are returned to us completely unused and sealed in the original packaging. These items (unless proven faulty according to the conditions in the ‘Faulty Goods’ section) include but are not limited to:
